Dr Michael McEvoy
MEDICO-LEGAL
Michael is available to write factual and objective reports on patient outcomes, consent processes, hospital clinical governance and patient safety, with his prime responsibility being to the court. He is also a member of the expert witness panel of the RANZCOG.
OBSTETRICS
Dr McEvoy is a practising obstetrician and gynaecologist with 35 years of experience in clinical practice, he has delivered over 8000 babies and performed more than 5000 gynaecological procedures in public and private settings.
FERTILITY
Dr McEvoy is experienced in counselling fertility patients, offering second opinions, and has special interests in fertility preservation for oncology and transgender patients.
EDUCATION
Passing on knowledge is important to Dr McEvoy. He is a Senior Lecturer, Department Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Flinders University; Examiner, RANZCOG fellowship exam; Member, Southern Adelaide Human Research & Ethics Committee and Member, research grants committee of AGES society.
